The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. informs that on August 21^st, 2013 member of the Company’s Board of Directors (executive director), Chief Operating Officer submitted his resignation from the mentioned positions. 

  The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. provides update on coal production in July FY2014. Production of coal from mining segment decreased by 66.2% year-on-year and by 14.6% month-on-month. Production of coal recovered from waste dumps decreased by 44.7% year-on-year and increased by 15.8% month-on-month.

Production of coal recovered from waste dumps decreased by 44.4% year-on-year and increased by 14.2% month-on-month.  

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. releases the schedule of publication of its financial reports in the financial year 2014 commencing 1^st July 2013 and ending 30^th June 2014.
