The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. releases unaudited interim consolidated financial report of the Coal Energy Group for 3 months ended September 30, 2013 (1Q FY2014).

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. provides update on coal production in October FY2014.

Production of coal from mining segment decreased by 63.5% year-on-year and increased by 3.2% month-on-month.Production of coal recovered from waste dumps increased by 294.7% year-on-year and by 18.8% month-on-month.

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. calls the Shareholders of the Company to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on:

 12 December 2013 at 11 a.m. (Central European Time) at the offices of the Company, 46A, avenue J. F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, with the agenda provided in the attached convening notice.

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A.  informs that there was a fire breakout at one of the underground sections on the horizon 530, seam m3 in the CwAL LE “Mine St.Matrona Moskovskaya”, which has been currently localized.
