The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (hereinafter the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 15 September 2026 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., hereinafter the “WSE”) adopted Resolution No. 1314/2026 concerning the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the WSE Main Market of 2,270,740 (two million two hundred seventy thousand seven hundred forty) ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer (hereinafter the “Shares”), with a nominal value of USD 0.01 (one cent) each.
