The principal business of Coal Energy is mining, beneficiation and sale of thermal and coking coal. The Group mines and sells thermal coal grades, coking coals and dual-purpose coals.

Termination of the convertible bond issuance agreement with Global Tech Opportunities 31
The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. hereby announces that on 22 June 2026 it has entered into a termination agreement with Global Tech Opportunities 31, pursuant to which the parties have agreed to terminate, on the terms set out below the agreement for the issuance of and subscription for bonds convertible into new shares and share subscription warrants dated 12 September 2025, as amended and restated on October 31, 2025 .

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that for technical reasons the Company is postponing publication of the nine months financial report for FY 2026 (nine months ended 31st March 2026). The report will be published by 31st July 2026.
