Unaudited interim consolidated financial report for 9M FY2025
The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. releases the unaudited interim consolidated financial report of the Coal Energy Group for nine months ended March 31st 2025.
Receipt of the Report Concerning the Process of Obtaining an Exploitation Concession
The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that its subsidiary, Advanced Industrial Technologies Sp. z o.o., has received a report prepared by the law firm Kancelaria Juris sp. z o.o. under the agreement concluded in September of this year.
The legal and technical report confirms the possibility of obtaining an exploitation concession for the “Bobrek–Miechowice” hard coal deposit located on the border of Zabrze and Bytom, and constitutes one of the elements of the process of applying for a mining license.
